HPLD Food for Fines

We don't charge overdue fines at PPL or Nantes, but we ask that you pay to replace lost/damaged items. If you owe us money, you can pay it down by donating non-perishable foods! If you have overdue fines at any other High Plains library, we will use their Food for Fines rules so you can pay those down too!
